This is an optional program that offers a Christian-centered approach to recovery. In small groups and individually, residents work through issues using a Christian philosophy and explore the different aspects of healing and grace available through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
The goal of the Christian track at Newsong Recovery is to complement and extend the effects of professional treatment. These groups can help strengthen relationships with God by incorporating Christ’s teachings and worship into the residential treatment program and daily life.
A Personalized Recovery Plan
The Christian-centered recovery program helps residents undergo an inner transformation, allowing them to establish or restore their faith and relationship with God while also addressing their addiction. The program integrates clinical therapies and faith-based ideas into customized Christian programming, including:
● Biblical interpretation
● Scripture study
To create a successful outcome, Christian track engagement will be finely tailored to your own unique, specific needs.
What to Expect
Newsong Recovery’s Christian approach reinforces that Jesus Christ will guide your recovery every step of the way, setting the tone for every phase of your treatment and for your new life in health and sobriety.
At Newsong Recovery, your residential treatment will begin with a comprehensive assessment to determine the most effective programs based on your substance use and any associated medical, psychological, social, vocational, and legal problems as well as your age, gender, ethnicity, and culture.
Individuals progress through treatment at various rates, so there is no predetermined length of treatment. Generally, participation for less than 90 days is of limited effectiveness. Treatment lasting significantly longer is recommended for maintaining positive outcomes.
